On 4/5, President Obama singed the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act and my project 2012 is nearly beta ready. Have dealt with angel and VCs before but never CrowdFunding. Seriously thinking about giving it a try. KickStarter.com, Indiegogo.com, CircleUp, etc… wonder if they have standard termsheet in place?
